terms of service
last updated: 2026-05-27
Welcome to stressify.su("the Service"). Creating an account or signing in means you accept these terms. There is no legal entity behind the Service. It is a private project run from Minsk, Belarus, at 8 Aranskaya Str., 4th floor, block 1.
1. acceptable use
You may only load-test things you own or have written permission to test.
2. account
Whatever happens under your account is on you, including anything done by people you share credentials with.
3. performance and capacity
We do notpromise specific numbers. No guaranteed RPS, concurrency, throughput, latency or run length. Real capacity depends on the target, your network, the chosen region, upstream hosters, CDNs throttling you and a hundred other things we don't control.
4. payments
Plans and add-ons are paid in EUR as one-time top-ups via the integrated crypto gateway. All sales are final. No refunds, partial or full, for any reason: unused capacity or accidental click included.
5. data we keep
Only what we need to run the Service: username, bcrypt password hash, active plan, payment history, and your boot history (target, layer, method, duration, concurrents, timestamps). Boot history is automatically purged after 90 days; an administrator may also purge it sooner.
6. service availability
We aim for 100% uptime measured monthly. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" with no warranty of any kind. Features can be added, changed or pulled at any time without warning.
7. cooperation with law enforcement
We cooperate with law enforcement and government bodies anywhere, including the authorities of the Republic of Belarus. Lawful requests for user info, account details, and any boot or action history still in retention are answered without giving you a heads-up first.
8. governing law and disputes
These terms run under the laws of the Republic of Belarus. Any dispute about the Service or these terms is settled in the courts at the operator's place: 8 Aranskaya Str., 4th floor, block 1, Minsk.
9. changes
These terms can change. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Keep using the Service after a change and you accept the new version.
